This policy covers (a) this website and (b) Mila Aurelle Publisher, the operator's internal tool that schedules and publishes content to the operator's own social media accounts (including TikTok via the TikTok Content Posting API, Instagram, and YouTube).

Who we are

Mila Aurelle is a disclosed AI-generated virtual creator. The accounts and this site are operated by her human operator ("we", "us").

What we collect on this website

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and has no forms. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be processed transiently by our hosting provider (Netlify) to serve and secure the site.

What Mila Aurelle Publisher processes

• OAuth access tokens for the operator's own social accounts, granted by the operator and stored locally on the operator's machine.
• The content the operator created (video files, captions, hashtags, settings such as the AI-generated-content label).
• Post identifiers and status values returned by the platforms, stored in a local ledger for auditing.

What we do NOT do

• We do not collect, buy, sell, or share personal data of viewers, followers, or any third party.
• We do not post to, read from, or act on any account other than the operator's own authorized accounts.
• We do not run automated engagement (no bulk follows, likes, comments, or messages).
• We do not use tracking cookies or advertising identifiers.

Data retention & deletion

Tokens and the publishing ledger live on the operator's local machine and can be deleted at any time. Revoking the app's access in TikTok's (or any platform's) settings immediately invalidates its token.

Children

Our content and tools are not directed at children under 13, and we knowingly process no children's data.

Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted at this URL with a new date.
