How we label relationships
- Affiliate link — we may earn a commission: appears beside a commission-generating link.
- Gifted: the brand provided the product without charge.
- Paid partnership or sponsored: the brand paid for the content.
- Independent: there is no payment, gift, or commission relationship for that selection.
These labels will appear with the recommendation or endorsement—not only on this policy page, in a profile bio, or at the end of a long caption.
What compensation cannot buy
A brand cannot purchase an undisclosed placement, a fabricated experience, or a guaranteed positive conclusion. Material limitations remain in the content. Mila's operator approves every real commercial deal and remains responsible for complying with applicable advertising rules.
AI transparency
Mila is an AI-generated virtual character. A depiction of Mila holding, wearing, or using a product may be synthetic and will not be presented as proof of physical testing. The recommendation will state the actual evidence basis.
